Branch Manager

Pezian Search Group is working with a Client that is in need of a Branch Manager to support their Credit Union operations. The ideal person will be responsible for achieving assigned sales goals related to transaction, loan, insurance, savings, and investment products. This person will be responsible for managing, monitoring and improving staff production, including deposit/lending applications, cross-sales and incentives, application quality and follow-up, and training related to sales and service within the team. Quick Facts: The ideal candidate has 3+ years of current experience in a Branch Manager or equivalent role, with experience leading branch teams Must be a hands-on leader that is not afraid to handle teller, personal banker, or other duties as needed Strong desire to help the organization grow through networking and relationship building which may include after-hours events This role has an expected compensation up to $80k base + additional incentives based on personal and company growth/performance NOTE: This is an on-site role, with the person expected to be available for after-hours / networking events in an effort to further organizational recognition. Duties / Responsibilities: Act as a hands-on leader, including stepping in to assist with teller duties as needed and preparing savings and loan applications for approval, cross-selling products and services, and underwriting certain savings products Recruiting, hire, training and mentor team members in all departments of the branch Handle the auditing reports, including timesheets, pending and completed lending application reports, cross-sales and incentives, and the new member follow-up process for staff Assist with creating and assigning ongoing mini-marketing campaigns, and execute/report results of campaigns to the Marketing and Business Development Departments Work directly with Business Development to assist with community development as an integral part of sales success, including the ability to build relationships with appropriate community leaders and employers throughout the local area Aid in the opening of new accounts and cross-sell products, and act as the initial welcoming member of the organization to new members Prepare complete loan workups, including required calculations, documentation, and discussion with members to ensure accurate application is presented for a loan decision, and completion, and verify final legal and required documents received to properly secure the loan prior to funds disbursement Perform opening and closing duties at the branch, ensuring that all policies, procedures and processes are followed Consistently meet and exceed established goals and foster a strong environment and culture where the team members live the brand and work as a cohesive unit to succeed as a collective whole 3+ years of experience in the Management or Leadership of a Credit Union of Bank Branch Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience is strongly preferred Strong leadership qualities including the mentor of team members across multiple departments Ability to stay current with rules, regulations, policies and procedures as established by both the organization and governing bodies Pezian Search Group is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pezian Search Group
