Confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive environment. Sharpen sales skills daily through coaching, accountability, and repetition. Represent the brand with energy and professionalism while maintaining a store environment of excellence. Qualifications Customer service or sales experience preferred. Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check. 18 years or older. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Benefits Earning potential range of $28.58 - $38.70/hour. $700 Ramp-Up Bonus and guaranteed minimum 10% commission. Monthly SPIFFs and incentives.
