CFO - The Americas

Our client is looking to fill the role of CFO - The Americas, reporting to the global CFO who is based in the London HQ. The region currently generates 50% of the revenues and combined with the continued scale up of the group this role will impact global strategy, integrate acquisitions, oversee cross border transactions, transfer pricing, investor requirements, high level board reporting, debt covenant reporting, internal controls and leading and mentoring a best in class team.

• NYC - 4 days a week in office
• $250,000 - $325,000 + bonus + equity + benefits 
• Advertising/Marketing Services
• Current P/E backed or independent agency experience desired

Responsibilities:

• Drive and be the operational heartbeat of the finance functions with a global remit partnering with all the studios/offices
• Champion a data led, technology driven function owning month end, year end and statutory reporting
• Lead all integration of acquisitions into the agency ecosystem, aligning reporting standards, migrating ERP systems and embedding commercial KPI's
• Support Group CFO with all investor requirements and board reporting
• Responsible for all treasury/working capital management for the multi national footprint of the group and associated complexities
• Transition the finance function from a retrospective to forward looking  best in class team providing insights, project based revenue forecasting, KPI's whilst tracking Data utilization
• Enhance the current financial infrastructure to be robust for when future acquisitions are integrated
• Champion internal control improvement to support a high growth environment ensuring the function remains audit ready and scalable

Required Qualifications:

• CPA , CMA, ACA or CIMA qualified
• 12+ years experience within Advertising, Marketing Services or Creative agencies
