Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient goals, barriers, and preferences.
• Manage a diverse caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, creating tailored treatment plans and modifying them as necessary.
• Deliver effective treatments utilizing advanced techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Employ evidence-based methodologies to promote improvements in mobility, strength, and independence.
• Develop and implement innovative care plans that address orthopedic conditions and enhance recovery.
• Motivate and educate patients about their treatment process, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Track and evaluate patient progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans based on data-driven insights.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications that promote health and prevention of future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population with various orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with individuals ranging from young athletes to seniors, tailoring your approach to meet the unique rehabilitation needs of each patient. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
• Proficient in developing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of treatment modalities and techniques that enhance patient recovery.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
