The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with dispute resolution expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across departments and communicate effectively with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a deductions team, ensuring performance, accountability, and coverage.Manage claims and deductions through resolution, including disputed and denied claims.Conduct trend and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for reduction and prevention.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve deduction-related issues.Present insights and recommendations to leadership.Manage escalations and support compliance with deductions policies.Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent management experience.5+ years of accounts receivable, deductions, claims, disputes, or collections experience.3+ years of people leadership experience.Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement.Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Preferred QualificationsERP system experience.Product and freight claims experience.Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or related industries.Experience presenting data and recommendations to senior leadership. xhyhwjd Power BI or similar business intelligence tool experience.
