For more information, visit Position Summary The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the property and works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The Groundskeeper will also regularly communicate with all necessary Company employees, outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities Polices grounds as first task daily and throughout day, as needed Completes grounds work as needed Plants, prunes, weeds, seeds or removes foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
