Join JLL's dynamic growing Industrial Property Management team in Ontario, California, where you'll drive operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of cutting‑edge industrial facilities. Responsibilities Provide an experiential approach that guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business. Support the growth of the business by providing people integration and synergy. Develop our people for bigger and better roles, supporting ambitions beyond the workplace. Apply new technology and data to drive change. Manage industry‑changing properties and provide leadership to your team. Ensure outstanding customer service to clients, managing an industrial portfolio. Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop staff. Communicate with building owners and tenants; ensure ongoing, successful relationships. Contribute to establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices. Develop diverse teams through inclusive communication. Resolve conflicts and retain clients through effective relationship management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 5+ years of Property Management experience (Industrial preferred). Strong financial acumen and experience preparing and building out budgets in Yardi, including CAM pools and reconciliations. Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration. 3rd‑party management experience required (institutional client experience preferred). Strong people‑management skills, leading a growing PM team. CA Real Estate License required within 6 months. Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI. Relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech‑minded, proficient in technology tools. Proven track record of results, decisive, big‑thinking and time‑management in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to a diverse, supportive, talented team. Compensation Estimated compensation: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 USD per year. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
