Job Description:

Step into a high-acuity ICU environment featuring an 18-bed unit with private rooms and negative pressure capability, where you'll provide expert care to critically ill adults.

You'll apply advanced critical care skills to manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, and CRRT, while collaborating with in-house physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to stabilize and treat complex conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and renal dysfunction.

A strong foundation in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS is required, and you'll document patient progress using an EPIC-based charting system to ensure precise, timely communication across shifts.

This role offers a dynamic, team-focused environment with flexible scheduling and weekend coverage as needed, perfect for dedicated RNs looking to deepen their critical care expertise and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of critical care experience
• Competent with CRRT, IABP, Vents, vasoactive medications, sedation, and paralytics
• Must titrate drips within ordered parameters
• Must complete EPIC education before starting on the floor
• Unexpired driver's license
