CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift

Job Description: CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift – Ashland, OH At Pentair , you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills. You will: Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair’s proven best practices. Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary. Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts. Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection. Perform work productively according to established standard rates. Key Qualifications: Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience doing the tasks listed above. Must be able to read Blueprints and GD&T Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift. Steel-toed footwear is required. Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is $28.54/hour. Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday Overtime required as needed.
