Have functional experience in one or more of the following areas:Network resets / redesign:Supply chain network design and optimizationTransportation planning and managementOmnichannel fulfillment and customer deliveryDistribution and logistics strategyTransportation network design, optimization, and mode strategyWarehouse and distribution center design, assessment, and optimizationRoute, flow-path, hub-and-spoke, and shipment consolidation optimizationCost and service improvement / supply chain innovationLogistics procurement and third-party logistics managementTransportation analytics and cost-to-serve optimizationSupply chain resilience and logistics risk managementLogistics sustainability and transportation decarbonizationTransportation sourcing, carrier strategy, and 3PL performance managementLogistics cost reduction and cost-to-serve improvementSupply chain resilience and disruption responseSustainability strategy, including fleet electrification and logistics emissions reductionDistribution operations innovation, AI technology, and agentic capabilities to improve distributionDistribution and logistics operationsWarehouse operations and distribution center managementLogistics operating model design and performance managementDistribution technology implementation and digital logistics transformationTransportation analytics, network modeling, and optimization toolsAre located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience, other relevant Master's degrees will be considered.Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus.This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs. Such candidates will be eligible for a base salary of $157,000. Under exceptional circumstances, candidates without an MBA may be considered for a base salary of $188,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
