• Maintain and repair plant equipment and tooling to maximize uptime and safety
• Lead preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrections for deficiencies
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical domains
• Perform safety checks and annual inspections; report issues immediately upon discovery
• Weld/fabricate; modify systems; complete pump and piping installs
• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to assist with diagnostics
• Complete daily checklists; keep accurate service, inventory, and PM records
• Always follow LOTO and all Health & Safety SOPs; complete all required trainings and quizzes
• Own permit-required standards and keep the work area clean and compliant

• Wage: $30 DOE
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Availability: Some overtime and occasional weekends

• 3–5 years in an industrial maintenance setting preferred
• Experience with pressure, temperature, flow, and level instrumentation; distillation/evaporation systems; cooling towers; pumps; and boilers is a plus
• Comfort with piping systems and fluid dynamics
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and material handling
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Confined space capable; able to maintain certification
• Fit-test ready for full face respirator; must be clean shaven
• Adaptable to extreme weather and long periods of standing

• Equipment and mechanical troubleshooting
• Motor replacement, repair, and maintenance
• Pneumatics and boiler troubleshooting
• General maintenance; equipment installation
• Distillation, evaporating equipment, and pot stills
• Hydraulics and pump systems
