Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with typical outpatient orthopedic patient population

Assignment Details

• Two closing shifts, two opening shifts, and one mid shift each week
• May float to another clinic location
