We are currently looking for a Computer Systems Analyst, Junior (NMCI POC) to support our Pax River customer. The selected candidate will have the following experience listed below:

Functional Description :

• Knowledge of Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 to include Microsoft TEAMS.
• Knowledge of Navy IT systems policies. • Provide technical assistance to computer users.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
• Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Required Experience:

• Junior less than 3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience :

• Experience providing desktop support including a basic understanding and user support for Microsoft operating system and Microsoft software such as Office 365 and Adobe products.
• Experience providing basic hardware support of HP laptops.
• Experience assisting users in calls to NMCI helpdesk and work with NMCI field services.
• Experience coordinating with the NMCI Help Desk and with the NAVAIR NET tool.
• Experience with inventory tracking of PMA equipment and VTC support.
• Experience with Flank Speed/Cloud environment such as MS Teams.
• Experience with basic network share drive administration such as permission controls and folder creation.
• CompTIA Security+ certification desired.
• BA/BS degree a plus

Required Education :

• AA/AS degree. OR Allowable Substitution: Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.
• Experience providing basic hardware support of HP laptops.
• Experience assisting users in calls to NMCI helpdesk and work with NMCI field services.
• Experience coordinating with the NMCI Help Desk and with the NAVAIR NET tool.
• Experience with inventory tracking of PMA equipment and VTC support.

• CompTIA Security+ certification desired.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
