Key Responsibilities: Assist hospital staff with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to personal computers, software, and hardware. Support the management and maintenance of the hospital’s network and information systems. Understand and help maintain the day-to-day operation of various IT systems used within the hospital. Act as an advocate for hospital programs, ensuring adherence to the hospital’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Motto, “The Patient is First in All We Do.” Collaborate with team members to implement updates, upgrades, and security measures for IT infrastructure. Document technical issues and resolutions to support ongoing system improvements. Provide user training and support to enhance staff proficiency with hospital technology. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
