Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking a Senior HR Financial Analyst to partner with HR, Finance and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and financial reporting. This role drives decision-support through OneStream-based people planning and robust financial analysis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, advanced Excel and experience with SAP and BI tools, plus knowledge of month-end accruals and P&L #J-18808-Ljbffr Generac Power Systems Inc
