365 Home Care provides in-home respite care to individuals with intellectual disabilities from ages 3 years. Our services are provided throughout San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Imperial counties. Must be very competent with computer usage and Microsoft software.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct in-home assessments for new clients.
- Appropriately schedule all caregivers to cover all shifts.
- Monitor schedules to ensure that overtime is not incurred without prior approval from the Director.
- Replace any call-outs as soon as possible, being sure not to use overtime unless prior approval from the Director is received.
- Complete visit verifications.
- Track employee vacation, personal, birthday, and earned days requested off.
- Be available to fill-in in on emergency bases for a call-out caregiver if no replacement is found and the family will suffer hardship if the shift is canceled.
- Assist with monthly service billing and payroll.
- Assist with other functions as assigned to support the needs of the organization.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. You may also be required to work remotely occasionally on a weekend to fill in for a colleague on vacation.
Minimum qualification
High school graduate or equivalent (Required)
Must be able to speak and write English
Spanish speaking (preferred)
Must be very computer literate
Able to work independently
Accountable and dependable
Authorized to work in the United States of America (Required)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
Must be willing to work with people with disabilities (Required)
Current CPR and First Aid (Required)
Live scan check (Required)
Must be COVID vaccinated and very competent with company usage and Microsoft software.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative or scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
