You'll own key customer journeys, creating intuitive, trustworthy experiences that help customers make important financial decisions with confidence. This role is pivotal in transforming the Protections team from delivering digital projects to building customer-centered digital products that drive long-term growth. Working with a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers, marketers, and business partners you'll identify customer problems, validate solutions, and work on product that creates meaningful value for both our customers and the business. You'll balance long-term product strategy with day-to-day execution, using customer research, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve the experience.
