Job Description
Required
- 5+ years backend development
- Node.js + TypeScript (primary language)
- NestJS or comparable DI framework (Spring Boot transferable)
- REST API design with OpenAPI/Swagger
- AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, Secrets Manager
- CloudFormation / infrastructure-as-code
- Jest unit testing, able to sustain a 100% coverage gate
- Git feature-branch + pull-request workflow with CI gates
Preferred
- Authoring/versioning internal npm packages against a plugin interface
- Playwright E2E, Stryker mutation testing
- Feature flags (Gatekeeper or similar)
- OpenTelemetry / distributed tracing, Honeycomb, Splunk
- Fastify, Redis, JWT auth
- Brokerage domain: order routing, trade execution, cost basis
- Prior Client experience, Dexter tooling
