Clinical Psychologist

Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is adding a Clinical Psychologist to our team in Everett, WA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll play an integral role in making healthcare better for everyone. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will experience: Flexible Schedules: Create your ideal work‑life balance with options to practice hybrid remote or a 4‑day work week, all with built‑in administrative time. Innovative care: The Behavior Health team expands across the continuum of care, offering collaborative care models embedded in primary care, individual therapy, groups including Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, and trauma‑informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR. Balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, no weekends, 60‑minute intakes, 30‑45‑minute follow‑ups, Epic EMR, multidisciplinary practice with primary care and specialty consultations and collaboration. Support: Case managers, regular consultation groups, and a dedicated mentor for your first year. Practice: Developing and coordinating a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. The program involves patients and/or families in treatment planning as appropriate, with options to develop and provide time‑limited psycho‑educational groups or ongoing therapy groups. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus are variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
