Candidate Requirements: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes Prior teaching experience is preferred More About This Position: Focus on elective primary and revision total joint procedures Access to advanced joint replacement and robotic technology Strong institutional support and established referral base Collaborative orthopedic team environment Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and desirable work‑life balance NJ Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $705,000 to $914,000 per year.
