True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. Our clinicians work in state-of-the-art facilities designed for high-performance rehabilitation and sports training, with premium equipment, turf space, and an environment built specifically for working with athletes.
At True Sports, physical therapy is delivered the way it was meant to be practiced. Our therapists treat patients in 1:1, 45-minute sessions, allowing for deeper clinical reasoning, stronger patient relationships, and exceptional outcomes. You’ll join a team of highly driven sports physical therapists who are committed to mastering their craft and pushing each other to be better every day.

• Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1 treatment sessions
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with strength coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team collaboration, mentorship, and clinical education opportunities

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
Strong interest in sports physical therapy and performance training
