• $16 to $20 per hour - based on experience
• Full Time – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 6 Paid Holidays

Fastener Dimensions Inc. (FDI) is a family-owned, high-strength fastener manufacturer, with more than 30 years of experience supplying customers within the Aerospace & Defense industries.

Fastener Dimensions Inc is looking for full-time Warehouse Associate. Our manufacturing facility is in Pennsauken, NJ. We are looking for workers who are able to commit to a full-time schedule during our first shift (8:30am-5:30pm). We are looking for dependable, organized, skilled individuals for this opening. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Picking finished goods accurately from pick list
• Packing finished goods in boxes, cartons, or pallets as needed
• Strapping and shrink-wrapping pallets.
• Ship items using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, or DHL ensuring accuracy of destination and routing and quantities.
• The job may include light assembly work from time to time.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in shipping and receiving or warehousing.
• Manufacturing Experience preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Available and able to work-onsite with access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds at a time.
