Este puesto es responsable de supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones del local, incluyendo el liderazgo del personal, la gestión de inventario de alcohol, pedidos de bebidas, experiencia de los huéspedes, limpieza y ejecución operativa. Buscamos un profesional de la hostelería que lidere desde el suelo, mantenga altos estándares y se haga responsable de los resultados. No se considerarán solicitantes sin experiencia en gestión de bares, club nocturno o inventario de alcohol. Este no es un puesto de gestión de nivel inicial. Los solicitantes deben tener un historial probado de liderar equipos con éxito, gestionar las operaciones del bar, controlar el inventario y mantener la responsabilidad en un entorno de hostelería acelerado.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
Ayudar en el funcionamiento general del recinto. Liderar y supervisar a los camareros, ayudantes de camarero, personal de seguridad y personal de apoyo. Reclutar, entrevistar, contratar, formar, entrenar, evaluar, disciplinar y despedir a los empleados según sea necesario. Crear horarios para el personal y ayudar a gestionar los costes laborales. Mantener los estándares de servicio y garantizar una experiencia constante a los huéspedes. Gestiona el inventario de alcohol, la recepción, el almacenamiento, los pedidos y los niveles de par. Monitoriza el consumo del producto, los residuos, la reducción y los controles de costes de bebidas. Forma al personal en estándares de bartender, preparación de cócteles, limpieza, seguridad y servicio responsable de alcohol. Realizar recuentos de inventario regulares y mantener registros precisos. Asegúrate de que todas las áreas del recinto cumplan con los estándares de limpieza, mantenimiento y funcionamiento. Aborda las preocupaciones de los huéspedes de forma profesional y eficaz. Ayuda con la gestión de efectivo, procedimientos de apertura, cierre y reportes nocturnos. Trabaja por las noches, fines de semana, festivos y eventos especiales.CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS
Mínimo tres años de experiencia en gestión en un bar, discoteca, restaurante o operación de hostelería. Mínimo dos años de experiencia gestionando inventario de alcohol y pedidos de bebidas. Experiencia supervisando directamente al menos a cinco empleados. Un sólido conocimiento de licor, cerveza, vino, preparación de cócteles, montaje de barras, desinfección y funcionamiento diario del bar. Experiencia en contratación, formación, coaching, disciplina y despido de empleados. Sólidas habilidades organizativas, de comunicación y liderazgo. Capacidad para priorizar tareas, gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz y rendir bajo presión. Transporte fiable y asistencia fiable. Debe residir actualmente en el área metropolitana de Nueva Orleans.
