Process Engineer (R1 - R4)

Process Engineer (R1-R4) Key Responsibilities: Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by rigorously following safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety. Actively participate in safety initiatives, oversee the safe design and operation of equipment, and serve as a technical expert within the process team. Implement and monitor control systems and lead the resolution of complex technical issues. Apply formal problem‑solving methods, respond to customer needs, provide guidance to technicians, and manage equipment maintenance strategies. Implement corrective actions, support commissioning activities, develop project scopes for capital investments, and serve as a liaison for both local and larger‑scale projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field. A minimum of six (6) months of experience with developing process automation solutions. Minimum of six (6) months of experience in each of the following areas: Implementing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Analyzing supplier performance and inventory data using SAP. Presenting regular metrics on manufacturing KPIs. Supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and project initiatives. Using JMP and Statistica. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. Job location: Indianapolis, IN. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated salary: $85,467.00 – $98,287.05 per year.
