Job Description:Title: Program DirectorClassification: ExemptSalary: $90,000/yearScope of Position: The Program Director will support and improve Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.Essential Functions:Work with leadership team and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effectiveImplement large-scale technology and process improvementsProvide ongoing support for operations and technologyStrategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership teamRespond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and complianceAccurately track and report all data associated with contract obligationsEvaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goalsProvide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staffEnsure data entered on the required systems is current and accurateManage ISO compliance and auditsMaintain updated organizational chart and staff directoryOther opportunities as availableEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree is preferred5–10 years of relevant leadership experienceExperience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating proceduresExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sourcesProficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft ExcelValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredJob AdProgram DirectorGulf Coast RegionDo you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life?
