Job Purpose The primary purpose of the MRI Technologist position is to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. In addition, performing venipuncture when indicated and assists the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases. Job Requirements Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines Licenses And/or Certifications Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health certification (MRT), or ARMRIT Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association Work Experience 1 year work experience, preferred Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is a 294-bed, full-service acute-care hospital serving North Texas and certified as an Advanced Primary Stroke and Heart Attack Center by The Joint Commission.
