Position Overview As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you'll provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence and safely manage their daily activities. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working independently, building meaningful patient relationships and providing individualized care.
