Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Night Shift

Training will be conducted on Day Shift for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to nights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
• Inspect welded components to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Work independently while meeting production and quality goals

Qualifications:

• Blueprint reading experience required
• Spray arc welding experience preferred
• Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety
