Services Specialist – Clearwater, FL (Onsite) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Overview: Adecco is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Services Specialist to join our client's team in Clearwater, FL. This onsite role provides critical administrative support to the Customer Services Order Fulfillment team and plays a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Order Fulfillment team. Process, track, and maintain customer transactions and service orders. Support order management activities, including order intake, verification, validation, and data entry. Monitor and track warehouse logistics, shipping activities, and repair orders throughout the fulfillment process. Coordinate shipment transactions, order closeout activities, and post‑shipment documentation and filing. Access and utilize internal systems, portals, and Oracle/ERP platforms to ensure data accuracy and timely processing. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, service levels, and daily productivity metrics. Support additional administrative and operational functions as needed. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Previous experience working with Oracle ERP or similar order management systems. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
