About the Role

We're seeking an LMFT-S who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care while supporting therapists pursuing full licensure. This role combines direct client care with clinical supervision in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Supervise pre-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure
• Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and feedback to supervisees
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, medical personnel, and community supports
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Active Florida LMFT-S licensure and approved supervisor designation
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Completed required clinical supervisor training
• Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Valant experience preferred
• Insurance credentialing experience preferred
• Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening
