$26 -$31 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans that prioritize education and quality service.
• Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring all clinical supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Facilitate communication between dental staff and patients to enhance understanding and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards to maintain a safe and efficient practice.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating clinical operations within a dental setting to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ability to assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including routine, restorative, and cosmetic appointments.
• Proven track record of educating patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Experience in inventory management, ensuring clinical supplies are well-stocked and organized.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear interactions between patients and dental professionals, enhancing patient satisfaction with services provided.

Our practice performs procedures including resin restorations, ceramic crowns, bridges, veneers, extractions, implants, bone grafts, lateral and vertical sinus augmentation procedures, periodontal procedures, PRF procedures, Invisalign, night guards, retainers, full mouth rehabilitations, and CO2 laser procedures for both dental indications as well as facial esthetics.
