Pay: $28–$40/hour (based FT, PT, PRN and experience)

We are actively hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab department at Dawn Hill Home in Bristol, RI. What You’ll DoProvide OT treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support resident function and independence
Document care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate residents and staff on exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive equipment
Support safe mobility, ADLs, and discharge planning recommendations
Maintain treatment areas and ensure safe therapy environments
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Rhode Island COTA license
Long-term care or geriatrics experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Passion for functional, resident-centered care
