Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to gather essential information about their mental health history and current concerns. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans by integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other suitable interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of ethical practice. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to provide integrated care, discussing cases and treatment strategies in regular team meetings to enhance client outcomes. \n
- Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge and tools to navigate their challenges effectively. \n
- Engage in continual professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and treatment techniques in the mental health field, incorporating this knowledge into your practice. \n
- Participate in peer review meetings and case consultations to exchange insights and improve treatment approaches, fostering a culture of learning and growth. \n
Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon. \n
- Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that cater to the unique circumstances and needs of clients. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. \n
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, helping you effectively navigate complex client situations. \n

- Experience with telehealth counseling practices, including proficiency with virtual communication platforms and digital record-keeping. \n
