Responsibilities Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments. Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities. Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist. Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.
