Direct In-Home Sales Manager who has what it takes to bring our Baltimore Area Sales Division

to the next level.

REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT

IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members

? Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members

? Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings

? Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales

performance

? Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer

service

? Communicate and collaborate with regional manager

? Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and

procedures
