What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, Flux Core, and occasional Sub Arc welding
- Fabricate and assemble custom overhead crane components
- Read and interpret welding blueprints
- Work with A36 steel and structural components
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- Collaborate with teammates to complete custom projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of MIG and Flux Core welding experience
- Experience with A36 steel
- Ability to read welding blueprints
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Industrial fabrication or welding experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
