Quality Systems and Training Support Specialist

Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of composite materials and industrial fabrics. Responsibilities Support the implementation and ongoing data management for select database systems including but not limited to the CMMS, LMS, DMS, NCM and CAPA databases, and the calibration database. Coordinate training activities for employees with managers and supervisors, including the development of new employee training plans, training guides, scheduling classes, and training for new and revised documents. Support records management for various document types such as production work orders, training records, inspection & test records and calibration records, including activities such as scanning, labeling, sorting and filing. Utilize existing databases and query tools to generate various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prepare CoC and CoA documents in accordance with requirements. Supports plant safety and quality objectives. Performs special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Organized and detail oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of work. Affinity for data and document management with a mindset for thoroughness and accuracy. Professional communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision, while keeping management informed. Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to ensure commitments are met. Compensation range: $56,980 to $97,680. This position is restricted to U.S. citizens due to U.S. federal government contracts that require the employment of only persons who are U.S. citizens.
