Senior Security Manager

Salary: $88,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• We need five years of recent experience in work similar to the duties described.
• We require the SPēD Security Fundamental Professional Certification (SFPC) to start.
• We require the SPēD Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) within six months of entry on duty.
• An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• We require eligibility for SAP.
• We require a willingness to submit to polygraph testing.

• We serve as a functional, multidisciplinary subject matter expert across collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• We may act as the Contract Special Security Representative, overseeing the daily management and execution of SCI and SAP security programs within a SCIF or SAPF.
• We maintain daily administrative logs related to document control.
• We process incoming and outgoing data transfer files and provide electronic files to internal customers.
• We maintain a comprehensive customer point-of-contact database.
• We research, process, file, and keep track of inbound and outbound visit notices.
• We escort facility visitors and maintain the associated records.
• We prepare and manage facility access control badges.
• We conduct entry and exit inspections.
• We support facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.
• We take part in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of subordinate government organizations.
• We develop and implement Top Secret control procedures for accountable material and related correspondence.
• We prepare and process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts.
• We prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.
• We maintain current personnel access data in the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) system.
• We perform SAP indoctrinations and debriefings.
• We sustain a continuous SCI and/or SAP security education, training, and awareness program for personnel with SCI or SAP access.
• We assist administratively with coordinating DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.
