Location: Hyde Park, MA

Shift: 5/5:30am - 1:30pm

Pay: $23-$24/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Lead to join our team in a hands-on role focused on ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining effective inventory control. This position is not responsible for team management but requires collaboration with a team of highly experienced associates. The Inventory Lead will ensure products are accounted for, undamaged, and inventory records are precise.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory control.
• Process orders efficiently and maintain inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and free from damage.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-4 highly experienced associates.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cycle counting.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2-4 years of inventory control experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and computer skills.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong data entry and order processing skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• A team player with a high level of accountability and integrity.

Work Environment

Work in a medium to large-scale warehouse alongside experienced team members. The role involves early morning hours from 5/5:30am to 1:30pm. Collaborate with a team in a positive and knowledgeable environment, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in inventory processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hyde Park, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
