General Manager: Open & Lead a New Scoop Shop

Salt & Straw is opening a new scoop shop in Salt Lake City, Utah. We seek an experienced General Manager to lead the store, hire and mentor a leadership team, and deliver the guest experience that defines our brand. You will open and run one of the first Salt & Straw shops in the market, building a neighborhood destination guests return to again and again. As GM, you’ll own people, operations, and guest experience, balancing staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and financial performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Salt & Straw, Inc.
