Background Profile

• Must be 16 years or older
  
• No previous restaurant experience required
  
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient, and thorough pace
  
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and hardworking
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members
  
• Restaurant, Chick-fil-A, or leadership experience is a plus
  
• Open to part-time, full-time, student, and seasonal availability
