Responsibilities Position Highlights: Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures optional and supported Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session Procedures: 6-7 per day Base Salary: $700,000 - $850,000+ (three-year guarantee) Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses Call Schedule: 1:3 Comprehensive Benefits Generous PTO 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Sign-OnBonus & Relocation Assistance Annual CME Allowance Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage EMR: Epic Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology IL license or ability to attain Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $700,000.00 to $850,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
