As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing patients' conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care. Your expertise will be vital in educating patients and their families, ensuring they understand post-surgery care and medication schedules.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and monitor condition trends
• Prepare, administer, and chart prescribed medications, including IVs
• Manage wound care and specialized equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Instruct patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and post-discharge instructions
• Recognize early signs of medical deterioration and take swift action to stabilize patients
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Must hold a valid Michigan state license
