Design Center Sales Associate

Harmony Home and Garden is looking for a Design Center Sales Associate to join our team. A Design center sales associate supports daily operations by assisting with plant care, promoting sales, specials and programs, organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Sales Associate will operate a cash register and process transactions accurately. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities
● Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
● Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
● Water plants and monitor for quality and health issues
● Restock sales areas and maintain clean and attractive displays
● Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles
● Maintaining cleanliness of store
● Operating register
● Support seasonal setup Qualifications
● 1 year work experience (preferred)
● Ability to lift 30lbs
● Stand, bend and work outdoors in various weather conditions
● Strong organizational skills
● Strong work ethic and reliability
● Knowledge of Trees, Shrubs, Annuals and Perennials Schedule
Approximately 25 hours/week
Friday 8 -5
Saturday 8 - 5
Sunday 9 - 5
