Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and complete treatments as required. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role). Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards. Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
Current RN or LPN License. Medication administration and IV certification. Working knowledge of state rules and regulations. Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset. A passion for improving the lives of residents.
