Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Material Handler Experience Requirements Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.

Material Handler Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

Material Handler Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Scan products using RF scanners and update inventory records. Receive, organize, and stock incoming materials. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company procedures and quality standards.
