Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Processes payroll, ensures compliance with labor laws, and handles related reporting.
• Reconciles bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
• Oversees general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Assists with inventory management and production data entry.
• Prepares financial reports and assists with budget tracking.
• Maintains organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial and office records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with payroll processing and related compliance for a manufacturing workforce
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and general HR best practices relevant to a manufacturing environment
