Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure in speech-language pathology
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 55 students, primarily PK-5th grade
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in person

Role Overview:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with a diverse range of communication needs
• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and track ongoing progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create effective strategies for student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Advocate for students’ communication needs and provide training or support to staff as needed

Position Details:

• 10 positions available, perfect for new graduates or seasoned professionals alike
• Workdays are 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, with a 7.75 hour workday and a 30-minute duty-free lunch
• Manageable caseload capped at 55, allowing you to provide personalized attention and support
• All work must be performed on-site in a welcoming school environment
