- On-Site Service: Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service) and light repairs at customer locations.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use Ford-specific diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Recall & Software Support: Execute manufacturer recalls and perform critical vehicle software updates remotely.
- Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, explaining services clearly and building trust with every visit.
- Van Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service unit.
- Experience: 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus).
- Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required . ASE certifications (A1-A9) or Ford STST credentials are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs
