Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Job Description Partnering with a well‑established engineering consultancy that designs and delivers essential water and wastewater infrastructure across the region. This role keeps cities running, from clean water supply systems to resilient wastewater networks. We are seeking an experienced civil engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, collaborating with technical teams, and seeing designs come to life in the real world. Responsibilities Design preparation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects Development of detailed construction plans and technical specifications Producing engineering studies and technical reports Researching and applying relevant state and local design standards Coordinating closely with contractors and client engineering teams Supporting QA/QC design reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance Assisting Project Managers across a variety of active engineering projects Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain Must be an Engineer in Training (EIT) as a minimum requirement 7+ years of hands‑on experience in water/wastewater design Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Why This is a Great Opportunity This role contributes to infrastructure that directly impacts public health, environmental sustainability, and community growth.
